Four Months

What a difference a month makes!  Not that Nash wasn't a sweet baby before, but now he's an absolute angel and soooo much easier since he's figured out the whole nap concept and discovered his two fingers.  He's so happy now after getting a full night's rest and even slept from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. for the first time last week.  For his naps I lay him down awake and he hardly puts up a fuss since he prefers not  to be rocked  anymore.  While he never wanted anything to do with a pacifier, he loves  sucking on two fingers--a habit he just started a couple weeks ago.  It's more something he does when he's awake and content; it doesn't soothe him when he's fussy or tired.  Instead he just jams his whole fist in his mouth and grunts to let you know when he's not happy.  He still loves his brothers playing with him, loves to eat but can now go 3-4 hours between feedings, love baths or showers, and loves lots of attention--which we like to give him.
